Mix: Global iTunes use, Flash RAM, Amazon + iTunes, Tune Belt

Nearly one quarter of Japanese Internet users used iTunes during August, according to a new ComScore report. The study, which included five countries, showed that Japan had the highest penetration of iTunes users at 23.7 percent, followed by the United Kingdom with 23.4 percent, the United States with 19.6 percent, France with 12.4 percent, and Germany with 10.7 percent.
Apple may be the beneficiary of falling NAND flash memory prices, according to Forbes. Citing an iSuppli report, Forbes suggests that the dollar value of flash memory sales will decline 14 percent in 2008, and another 15 percent in 2009. Apple relies on NAND flash memory for storage in the iPod shuffle, iPod nano, iPod touch, and the iPhone.
Robert Palmer has released Advantageous mp3, a new iTunes script designed to let the user find music on the iTunes Store or through the Genius feature, and then take them to that artist or album on Amazon MP3. Advantageous mp3 is available as a free download and requires iTunes 8 and Mac OS X 10.5 or later.
Tune Belt has introduced its new Sport Armband for the fourth-generation iPod nano. The black neoprene case features an adjustable armband, an integrated protective window, a hidden pocket, and earphone cord storage and management. The Tune Belt Sport Armband for iPod nano 4G is available now and sells for $20.

Advantageous MP3 is the greatest script ever created in the whole history of script creation.
I don’t buy music from itunes but like to shop there before going to Amazon for my purchase, this script makes it all so easy.
