Mix: iPod commands, Discovery Channel, NES shuffle, ZoFunk
Command-Tab has created an interactive tool that provides iPod button combinations for performing Hard Reset, Diagnostic Mode and Disk Mode functions on first through fifth-generation models.
The Discovery Channel is seeking new iPod ideas to be featured on a TV show devoted to the iPod. “Submit your ideas with any mock up designs, ads, video footage you’ve shot, etc and send your high-res photos or video footage to dave@sharpentertainment.com.”
A Flickr member has posted photos detailing his process of installing an iPod shuffle in an original NES controller.
PodFunk, maker of the Wink and Zen silicone iPod cases, has announced that it is changing its name to ZoFunk.

That Nintendo controller shuffle is the COOLEST thing I’ve ever seen anybody do with an iPod! I love it!!
Maybe that could be something for future console games - a wireless controller that works as a 1GB mp3 player, a memory card for the game, and could also play the sound from whatever game you’re playing out through the headphones plugged into the controller!! THAT WOULD BE COOL!! Totally unnecessary but cool! How long? 10 years? 8?

clipping the ‘Mix’ posts in half so that you have to click through to read all 4 items is annoying as all hell.
