New 10GB iPod $249, 30GB iPod $399

Apple has listed new 10GB and 30GB iPods for $249 and $399 respectively in its Special Deals section. The 10GB does not include the dock. Units are covered by Apple’s One-Year Limited Warranty. Supplies are limited, and these products are offered “While Supplies Last”.

Are you sure they’re new? I think they’re just refrubs… Oh well, I just bought a 20gig for 399 :(.

They’re NEW.  I ordered a 10gig about a month ago.  And they’re NEW and 3rd Generation.

FedEx is supposed to deliver my 10GB TODAY.  Definitely beats waiting over a month for a mini.

They are new. At the bottom of the page are a refurbished 30gig for $349, and a refurbished 40gig for $399.

The 30 GB models do not include the remote control.  Isn’t that correct?  So that is the only thing missing from the package when compared to the 20GB model at the same price.
