Power Support Japan has been busy developing new accessories for 3G iPods. Included in the new lineup is; the new Silicone Jacket (a.k.a Groove Jacket), Wheel Film for protecting the touch wheel, Crystal Film for protecting the LCD display, Simple Stand all aluminum stand, iPod Stand for use in your cars’ drink holder, the Fix Stand for use in the car or home with adjustable viewing angle and a Line Out extension cable. Though none of the items are yet available for shipping to U.S. residents, we suspect most items will start to appear at various online U.S. retailers in the coming months. We’ll keep you posted with the latest.

I want that silicone jacket, it seems like it keeps it pretty small. I would like to know how fat the iskin makes the ipod, but iskin wont email me back with the case dimensions…

Honestly, the pictured stand is for car drink holders, and so it can’t be any better looking and still be functional. Remember, you’re only going to see the part above the cylinder. Seems like an okay idea to me for those that use their iPods in their cars often.

The silicone jacket is awful - I just bought one (I am in Tokyo). The holes for the ‘buttons’ are too small, so you have to exert a lot of pressure to the front of the iPod to activate them. Wait until they bring out a better version!

I’m most concerned about protecting the display screen and being able to plug in my car charger and tape deck(headphone jack). Anyone know of a skin out there that protects the screen but leaves all the inputs/outputs unprotected so they can be used? You’d think they could make a little clear sleeve that slips on to the ipod…i wish i had a flexible clear plastic factory in my garage.
