There seems to be a lot of optimism about this product. I’m also intrigued, but I wonder if anyone owns or knows an owner that can provide real feedback.

I actually have one of the very first ones sold commercially. This weekend I ventured up to the mountains of North Carolina for some 20 degree weather combined with constant mist, rain, and snow flurries. My Lilipod functioned flawlessly and kept the moisture away from it delicate body…also cushioned a drop to the ground getting stuff in my tent.

I mainly used it in shuffle mode or while listening to The da Vinci Code - Part One which is about 8 hours long.

Not only is the water resistance a selling point but the crush protection in a backpack environment is crucial.

Get one and enjoy your ‘pod in nature!
