“Quickly responding to customer requests, ProClip is now providing holders for the newly introduced Apple iPod Mini. These holders expand ProClip’s product line of custom mounts for several generations of the Apple iPod.
ProClip holders for the iPod Mini are designed to provide a perfect fit and make these digital music players even more portable. Holders are available with or without the tilt swivel feature, which provides easy adjustment and better viewing of the display and to avoid unnecessary light reflection.”

Mr. Sharumpe, try with http://www.proclipusa.com/, I had the same problem with Explorer 6.0 (and WinXP) so,
maybe this will work.

Don’t you just need the dash mount from clip usa, and then you can just use your belt clip that came with the mini and clamp it to the dash mount? Seems like that would work just as well.

I’ve already got two of the 3G iPod version and they work great but are overpriced at $35 each. However, their mini version allows you to leave out the tilt swivel so $20 is fair (I’ve got one on order). Too bad it wasn’t an option on the first two I bought because I’m not using either one so that’s $30 wasted.

I wouldn’t buy anything from a company who can’t get their website to work with any web browser in existence

The need for the tilt swivel depends on how your holder is going to be mounted. If you’re attaching the holder to a surface that is parallel (flat) to your dash, you may want the tilt swivel so that you can tilt the holder (and iPod) towards you.
I have two different proclip dash mounts that I attached the holder to. Both of the mounts have a surface that you attach the holder to that are tilted towards the driver so there was no need for the tilt swivel.
