I got mine for $210 shipped from PowerMax, and they got it refurbed from apple. ive had no probs with it.

ya, it’s not a great deal. if you search around a lil you can probably find a 3rd gen for that much, i got mine for new 240 :-D

actually, I purchased, then found that a 3rd gen 10 gig at apple was only $30 more. I cancelled and ordered from apple, who don’t have it in stock right now…

i got mine when macresq had em… $189.99 and free shipping that day, and tax (california 8.25%) but still… cheaper. this was thanksgiving, when they had that coupon code GOBBLE thing for free AirEx Ground shipping.
