As the iPod is quickly becoming a mainstream icon we are seeing a lot of news outlets mentioning the iPod in articles which have nothing to do with iPods. We also see animators, cartoonists and humorists using the iPod as inspiration as well. If you find the iPod used or mentioned in any articles, commentaries, films, movies, TV shows, cartoons, animations, comics, music videos, etc. post it below as a comment and remember to include a link to it if possible.

re: the ER sighting—interesting how the doc didn’t have to deal with the fact that he’d just been on a 20 hr flight with an 8 hr battery, then he’s out in the middle of nowhere with no electricity. He obviously gets better battery life than the rest of us <g>.

It asks celebs what’s on the top of their playlists.

The movie “Timeline” shows one of the archeologists digging with an iPod strapped to her arm.

just saw an ipod on regis and kelly a couple minutes ago. They were showing off gadgets to buy for christmas and they showed the ipod and kelly said she ownes one too.

On the finale of NBC’s “Average Joe” here in the US, the “average” finalist, Adam, was wearing an iPod while working out. Couldn’t tell which generation, though.
