Countersuing using the racketeering statutes is BRILLIAN!!! (even if it is a long shot)
Imagine finding a sympathetic (or politically hungry) prosecuting attorney willing to hit the RIAA with criminal racketeering charges?!?! Can’t you just see all those record executive’s limos being confiscated for the RICCO (sp?) act?
Hey… we still have the right to dream in this country… for a while yet…
