Incipio has announced the ShuffleBud, a tiny USB to 3.5mm adapter that allows you to connect a second-generation iPod shuffle to any USB port without having to use the new iPod Shuffle Dock. “The iPod ShuffleBud ($6) is the perfect travel companion, taking up virtually no space in a bag or pocket,” says Incipio. “No need to haul around the Dock and cables that came with your iPod Shuffle, just pack the ShuffleBud and a user all set.”

I bought one for my 2G Shuffle. Ordering went perfect and I received it in the Mail in like 2 days via USPS. It works perfectly and is the perfect size. Total cost with shipping was around $10.00. The only problem is that it is so small that it could get lost even easier than the shuffle itself. I use my Shuffle just to listen to my podcasts now.

Is there an adapter for Shuffle 2G to connect to a Bose Sound Dock? If so, where can it be purchased?
