Interesting that the product page seems to indicate non-compliance with iPhone 3GS.

How so? It has the ‘works with iPhone’ logo in plain sight. The eyes are a valuable tool, you just have to use them

wow!! finally a viewer type device that lets people with newer ipods and itouch/ipod phones watch movies on a bigger screen….
something we haven’t seen since 5.5 gen! Way to be forward thinking! Hopefully this is only the first of its kind.. and before you know it, they will be caugght back up to where they were 3 years ago. (before apple, in a selfish move, required a special chip in 3rd party players for the classics to be viewed on larger screens)

Why can’t they make a dock that doesn’t require you to remove your case from the iPhone when docking?

Benjitek,
My reference was to iPhone 3GS not being referenced on the compatability listing. All other iPhone models are listed (including 3G). As you know, certain accessories which “fit” iPhone and iPhone 3G still cause the interference and incompatibility prompt to come up on iPhone 3GS. This prompt comes up in plain sight.
