Electronic Arts has released an update to its classic Tetris game for iOS adding support for the Retina Display on the iPhone 4 and fourth-generation iPod touch and new gameplay options. This latest version introduces a new unlockable Endless Mode that allows players to continue playing beyond level 16 and updates the controls with a new flick up gesture to hold a Tetrimino in place. The update also now includes the original Tetris theme song Korobeiniki as optional background music and adds support for iOS 4 Fast App Switching and French language users. Tetris is available from the App Store for $3.
