Well it turns out that changing my email address is what caused my problem.  But I finally was able to contact, via email, someone and the problem has been resolved.

The new version of the site looks and functions GREAT !!! I am a professional designer so form and function rules in my book…keep up the G’work!!!

I agree with draell in that the site is now way too busy and kind of a pain to have to scroll just to get to the news.  Since you don’t sell anything here and people coming back to the site don’t genereally need to read a review twice, you should really have the dynamic news as the first thing you see.  But not doing this, the site looks stale.

Cluttered, and can take over a minute load on DSL. I surf on my other computer waiting for it to load. Blocking some of the ads seems to help though.

I miss the simplicity of the old layout. This site used to be stylish with its simple layout with enough whitespace to go around. Over time the homepage has become crowded with more information and ads :( What once was almost perfection has become bloat.

Our apologies for the slow performance. Our traffic has increased to the point that our database server can not keep up with requests efficiently. We are looking into upgrading to a more robust server setup featuring content caching and load balancing.
