Yah, I ordered my iSkin and recieved it about a month ago. I’ve used, it and like it very much, however I have NOT recieved my screen protector wich was supposed to be included in the package I bought. They said it was to ship out later, and I have e-mail iSkin SEVERAL times, and have STILL not received a response on this. I’m gettin SERIOUSLY frustrated and upset with this company. Anyone having problems with this??

I like the iSkin the best of the cases for the new iPods but I’m also waiting for my screen protectors. Sent them an E-mail but, of course, no response. What a bunch of dildos.

With the new design, you can access the buttons through clothing, so why the heck did they bother cutting out holes for the buttons and wheel? Couldn’t they have just made the silicon thinner in those areas?

Is someone going to tell Tom that #### designed the iSkin, and that acKnowledge is just a reseller?

Don’t hold your breath waiting for your items. I’m sure they don’t a damn about your and your screen protector. Any company that takes pre-orders in June, promising that the items will ship the first week of July and STILL, two months later, has yet to ship some models, is a f—king joke. I eventually got my model from them about a week ago and while it’s a decent product, I’m still mad as hell about the crappy service they provided. #### should not be trusted by any stretch of the imagination; folks, if you’re thinking of buying an iSkin, spend your money with a company that actually cares about its customers.

I finally received my iSkin after sending them some nasty threatening emails. They has charged my credit card 2 months ago, and then just sat on my order. Now it’s here I like it - in fact it’s great.
It did come with the screen-protector, which I guess in some way makes up for the wait!

Just want to put my 2 cents to offer another option to the eXo case. I’d also ordered the eXo case but cancelled the order due to delay and a lack of communications from iSkin. I’d an iSkin for my original iPod and loved the form-fitting plastic case. I looked around and found something simiar (maybe even better) - iPod Skin by Speck and it worked wonderfully. It is very similar to eXo - both are made from form-fitting plastic w/ ventillation on the back. It, however, doesn’t come with a screen protector. What I like about the iPod Skin is that the bottom of case can be flipped over easily allowing the iPod to be docked. This seems to be a more elegant / simpler solution than the peeling method of eXo. So, if you’re looking for a plastic case for your new iPod, the iPod Skin is definitely worth considering.

Last month I tried ordering mine from the #### website but the the site was not working properly so I contacted #### who wasn’t very helpful and after exchanging several emails and getting nowhere I decided to buy my skin from thinkdifferentsotre.com. I did received my skin within 10 days but without the belt clip or the screen protector!
The product is very good but the customer services are not!

Sorry to read that you had problems and if it was not explained to you at the time I will do it now. If you are ordering on http://www.####.biz (the designer/manufacturer of iSkin, eXo and zip) you must use explorer for Mac 5.00 or greater, for some reason asp coding is not recognized by Safari. Once you are on and you want to view all the product that is available click express on the main menu, you will be able to view all the products by style, color group or by the best sellers for the last 30 days. You can also view by style such as eXo by color group and by best sellers for the last 30 days. This site is power by a multi order system which means you can order more than on product at a time but you will only have to click submit once and all of the items you ordered will be entered into your cart. The site is data based which means you can instantly know what is available and what is out of stock. One of the main features is that you can select and out of stock item and submit your order, you will not be charged and the moment it is put into stock our system will send you an auto email to inform you. If you are from a state or a country that has one of my distributors, your payment and order will go to them for delivery and I will guarantee the delivery. This means if they fail to deliver your order I will deliver it even though I did not receive your payment. People from the UK have been experiencing that feature for the last 30 days. If you have any further questions please write me a .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address)

I’m sorry to hear about all of you experiencing problems, but as I’m in favour of people hearing a balanced argument I’d just like people considering ordering this item to know the following. I placed my order on a Monday evening and got delivery Wednesday morning, screen protector, belt clip all inc. Maybe this is because I live in the UK, but whatever the reason it is a fantastic product and whilst the service may be patchy I can only say I found it to be excellent.

Does anyone know how much the screen protectors are? Maybe I’ll just have to wait until they update their site…

i got mine a couple of days ago in the UK, it is a great product, shame they didn’t have the idea for thiner silicone over the buttons, but over the wheel? Surely your finger would stick too much.
The other thing is being silicone, when i take it out of my pocket it is covered in dust and fibres. reminds me of an old sticky sweet!
I bought it from from iSkin direct and it take a week longer than it was supposed to.
On the other hand i replied to a post here for a free screen protecor from http://www.####.biz and he has been superb.
