Tunewear unveils leather case for iPod Hi-Fi
Tunewear today announced the Concerto Bianco case for Apple’s iPod Hi-Fi. Made of Italian nappa leather, the protective carrying case includes a removable, padded shoulder strap, felt lining, and a small case for the Apple remote. “Concerto Bianco was born for the user who insists on decorating their favorite space with their own original style,” says Tunewear. “With iPod Hi-Fi clad in the elegant Concerto Bianco your living room looks and sounds truly beautiful.” It will be available in June for $295.

$349 for the speaker, $295 for the case and $299 for the iPod.
For that price, I can hire a band to follow me around everywhere and play live music.

The HiFi is a ridiculous product anyway. I haven’t seen how it’s selling, but I can’t imagine it’s doing very well. It’s a very disappointing product.
This case is even more ridiculous at that price. If you’re spending $650 on this case and the HiFi together, then you might as well be burning cash. Please send me a check. You obviously won’t miss it.

Ridiculous speakers $349, Absurd carrying case $295, iPod $299…..Laughing and pointing at Tunewear for thinking that anyone would purchase such a ridiculous product to begin with at a price that is out of this world….PRICELESS….

You get the ipod because it’s light and portable. Aren’t the speakers for HOME use. And for the price of the boombox and case you could buy a pair of Bowers and Wilkins speakers whose sound quality will destroy any of the garbage they sell as ipod accessories. When I go out I bring my shuffle but at home it’s higher quality cd’s on a high quality system. This just contributes to the musical “dumbing down” of society who are more interested in style than music quality. Sorry for the rant but this is getting silly.
