Sorry on the confusion on the CD burning issue with ITMS. I don’t have broadband access at home so I’ve only bought 1 album and 1 song from the ITMS when using a my laptop at a wireless broadband access point. (I guess it is a good thing for I have read the ITMS is like crack, very addictive) Burned it once to CD and that was that. Now I have it on storage and can re-rip to MP3 or AAC when I want. It is also on my iPod in the original AAC format.
10 CD burns I always thought was a little high, but the as a whole the simplicty, is way better then the mess at BuyMusic.com

Sorry—there actually is no 3 iPod limit in iTunes. unlimited transfers to unlimited iPods forever.
I knew that, but 3 just sounded so good! It’s 3 Macs at once. No authorization or de-authorization needed for iPods because there’s no limit.
