The Vice Presidential debate between Republican incumbent Vice President Dick Cheney and Democratic challenger Senator John Edwards is now available as a free download in the iTunes Music Store and Audible.com.

Not that I really want to listen to the debate, but I really wish that iTunes would allow non-USA/non-UK people to download the free tracks.
Why do they care what country I am in when it comes to free tracks ?

You don’t need access to the ITMS to get Audible content. You can download the debates directly from Audible.com.

im from germany, have a non-us account and had no problems downloading the presidential debates at least…
