How about if us iPodloungers who live overseas agree to pay the postage & handling costs to get it shipped across the ocean? Would we be eligible then ?

I apologize for the inconvenience, but iPodlounge cannot open its giveaways to foreign countries due to international sweepstakes laws… some countries impose high tariffs and taxes on such giveaways as well. We would need an army of lawyers to ‘sort it out’ for every country to be allowed to enter into our giveaways.

I think competitions are a great idea - perhaps ipodloungers could convince local shippers of ipod products to sponsor other cool giveaways!
