Yes there is. Just back up your iPod Touch memory with iTunes. Chances are if you’ve adaerly synced with iTunes before than you adaerly have a backup and your all set. Once you’ve jailbroken your iPod Touch just sync it with the backup iTunes made. You’ll have to wait awhile for your media to resync but you’ll get all your content backHope This Helped.
