I have the first version and in your review it mentions mounts for a car. Were do you get that from?

I have this case and the plastic scratched the 2g ipod extensively. I wrote to the ceo G. Bart, but received no reply. I DO NOT recommend this case to anyone.

Yes, the composition of the mylar plastic caused damage to my display.
On the other hand, this has protected my iPod well from many bad drops and falls.

This case ripped within a week. It doesn't seem to have a very good quality leater. I too do not recommend this case.
