Ack. Ugh. Plop. Flush. Glad that one is over with. FUGLY.

Edit by Jeremy Horwitz, March 2005: iPodlounge has deleted a collection of negative and derogatory comments from "audiogeek" on our site, which we discovered have been posted by a writer for competing publications. As he has trolled and posted obnoxious comments in a number of threads, picking fights with our readers and editors, he has been banned from the site, and we strongly oppose his repeated mischaracterizations of various products and our editorial opinions. This comments thread was affected by his posts, and has therefore been modestly edited. If any of the other comments below do not make sense in the context of these deletions, we apologize.

As for appealing to women... not THIS woman. What were they thinking?

Man that's ugly. Buy one of those, you get a free bowl of soup

This thing rocks... way cooler than the other mini cases I've seen so far

One word.....VAJA

Its so ugly that my mom would buy it!

Posted by coolpepper43 on June 24, 2004 at 4:28 PM (PDT) Comment 9

This case is not appealing. I would rather order a case from vajacases.com where I can be unique in my color choices and personalization. I have ordered all of my custom cases from Vaja as they have the best quality, craftsmanship and detail. However, a bit pricey for the faint of heart!

How about NO case at all, that's the best.

Posted by Steven19 on June 27, 2004 at 9:30 PM (PDT) Comment 12

I think it's cute. It would be nice in the white rather than powder blue.

Now I know why my Vaja iVolution case costs so much -- because competing cases are so ugly!!!!

"FUGLY" WTF is that? Is that a gay lingo? No wonder iPod often marks as a gay gizmo because its gay-ish design.

Posted by Noname on July 4, 2004 at 11:39 PM (PDT) Comment 16

Wow. You take the time to navigate to an iPod oriented website, click on a review of a product, read the lenthy writeup, only to bash Podders in your comment. You're probably one of those "Nomad" tools who feels the need to bash because he knows he bought an inferior product. You know what? Go find a fansite for those bricks of mp3 players. Good luck though, there probably aren't any. In conclusion, keep sucking.

"Go find a fansite for those bricks of mp3 players. Good luck though, there probably aren't any. In conclusion, keep sucking."

There are in fact dozens if not hundreds of enthusiast sites for pretty much all mp3 players available. Just because you're too ignorant to know of any doesn't mean other people share your handicap.

Why would I research inferior products? It also makes me sick that such retards post on a strictly iPod webpage. Instead of pissing us elitists off, you can go and cry about your missing features. In conclusion, you're bitter because you can't afford an iPod. Loser.

"you're bitter because you can't afford an iPod."

Ah identity through consumerism. Such a noble sentiment.

FYI, there are personal video players that cost twice what an iPod does. DOe shtat make them "better"? I doubt it.

You, sir Paul, are the real loser here.

This pouch is wonderful, so simple and practical.Real leather will always be expensive. Im a guy and i shall
be purchasing the black one. and dis-agree
with the reviewer that this pouch will appeal
to mostly women.

hey i like this case, i have it in black and it works great, so quit dissing it. i hate skins though. with this case you can actually see that color of your mini, and i payed 25 bucks for mine, mot 40 bucks. go to the apple store and shut up already.

Posted by weise on September 19, 2004 at 1:33 PM (PDT) Comment 22

I am actually very happy with this case. It's very well made and does a great job of protecting my ipod. My only real complaint is that the cut out at the bottom isn't wide enough to use with my car adapter. So I have to take it out of the case each time I want to use it in the car. Other than that, it's a great case and it only cost $24.95.

Why bother with a case when you can see the iPod through it and it has holes every which way.... you might aswell not bother!

If this case didnt have the hole in the front, it would be great coz it looks such a snug fit - leather too

Posted by plonker boy on October 21, 2004 at 9:12 AM (PDT) Comment 24

I think this is a great case! I certainly don't think of 'cowgirl' when I look at it. And to the people who say "Why bother with a case?". Well, to preserve your ipod's beauty - duhhh!
