I recently just purchased a blue SENA case for my blue mini ipod and have instantly fallen in love. It fits perfectly and the color is more of a royal blue than pictured on SENA website. The magnets work perfectly for keeping the mini secure and snug and the holes at the top and bottom allow just enough room. I would recommend this case to anyone looking for a case with a little bit more "class" than the iskin or other see through cases available. Feel free to email me with any questions.

Can this case be used with the itrip? Is there a spot to place headphones while not in use?

I agree with Adam Cain ^ - it certainly does look classier than the silicone covers. Though I'm not sure about this Velcro fastening: how does that look from the top?

You cant even see the velcro unless you stare hard and close at it from the side. There is not a place to store your headphones and it does become mildly irritaiting if you dont want your headphones dangling out of your pocket. I ordered my itrip just the other night and it should fit, even if it doesnt, all you have to do is detach the face cover and it will fit perfectly.

Does the ipod clip fit securely on the case? Do you feel that it adds extra bulk when attached?

Just bought this instead of the Vaja. The Vaja iVod Mini is $87 shipped, more than a third of the price of the mini. With shipping, the Sena case was $35.

I've been using this case now for just about a year and I can say that it has protected my Mini and still looks great.
The magnets work great and the leather looks very stylish. I've droped the Mini a few times and the Sena case has protected as promised.
I bought this case in black, on the advise of the review above and the feedback of other users here. So, I thought that I'd come in and leave a review as a user of the case for a exstended period.
I must stress that I usually stick my Mini in my front shirt pocket, so I don't use the white plastic clip. It slides onto the back of the case. But, I didn't want a chip in the first place.
I thought about dishing out $90 for the Vaja case but now I wouldn't trade my $35 Sena straight up!
