I could not find these in the Apple shop near me so I tried to go to their site but got this message "This account is out of order. Please try again later." Any idea if there is another way to contact them?

Since it seems that no one has these, I'll write a few comments about mine. I didn't want a silicon skin, and I thought plastic cases looked cheap. My Sumo case came this week, and I love it. I got the leather case for $20 at Amazon--only took four days to arrive, even with their free shipping. The case is exactly as pictured on this page; it looks great, and the leather is soft, strong, and lined with a surprising amount of padding all over. I can't identify what the liner is actually made out of, but it's soft, and has the nice side effect of buffing away smudges and fingerprints whenever you take the iPod out.

The case holds onto the iPod *very* snugly--no way it could possibly fall out, but easy to get out with modest push at the case's bottom. A bit harder to get in at first, but after a couple days of use it stretches out just enough. I'm using the new 60gb, so I imagine it'd be tiny bit looser on the 20. The velcro on the flap doesn't catch as well as it could, which I guess is the only complaint I'd have about this (a very minor gripe). The case bulks up the iPod somewhat, but it'll still fit in a pocket, and the belt clip is really good: if it's clipped on, it's not coming off until you want it too.

What I like best is the thin slit in the flap that allows access to the headphone port and hold switch. It stays closed and closes around the headphone jack, so you've still got protection up there. You can also charge with the flap down; flip the iPod over, and you can connect anything you want to dock connector. I'm sure it wouldn't work on an actual dock, but it's great for my firewire cable. Bottom line: maybe someday I'll scrape up the cash and spring for a Vaja, but this is a great closed case that looks and feels a lot more expensive than it is.
