I want one of these. Too bad they're not selling them yet. On PacRim's site, it says "Shipping last week of August 2005" but here we are, October 1 and that message is still up

Have you tried actually ordering it? I ask because I did and after a bit of a dispute over whether they actually had a silver one (they said they only have white and black but this article says the white is actually silver) I told them to ship me the "white" one. They said it would be brown box (no retail packaging) but they have in fact received a shipment from overseas. I will update this if/when it actually arrives wink

I received the package today. It does in fact have a white back that matches the iPod almost perfectly. Together with Power Support USA's 3D Wheel film this device protects my new investment very well while still allowing to use top mounting third party accessories. It also allows you to utilize the dock connector with a cable without removing the iPod from the case.

Does anyone know if the 20GB 4G case would also fit the 20GB COLOR 4G? Also, is this for sale anywhere other than Pacific Rim? Thanks!

I believe the dimensions are the same for the 20GB 4G and the 20GB 4G Color but a google search could straighten that out. As for other vendors, as the article says is the US distributor but Pac Rim actually makes the product. The only other place I have found is at Amazon (from Target) but it isn't available there yet. I assume when it does become available you will also eventually be able to get it at Target stores, thus saving on shipping, but if you are looking for a cheaper price, I don't think you are going to find it as it is a brand new product not widely available yet.

I may have that backwards, Innopocket might be the manufacturer and Pacific Rim the US distributor. The guy on the phone explained it to me but I can't remember which way it was.
