I just bought this case in the pink version a few weeks ago and so far it's been working great. It's very cute, and is also gentle on the ipod when inserting and removing.
The only problem I have isn't really a big deal. Since it is a 'portfolio' type, you always have to open and close it whenever you want to change anything (volume, song, etc.) This isn't that big of a deal, but it can get a little annoying to constantly be opening and closing it. However, I do still like it a lot because of it's great protection of almost all aspects of the ipod.
