It seems that there is a proliferation of goods, not only in the iPod world, but everywhere, that look great in concept, however, in reality are made extremely poorly. Made so poorly that they are a detriment to the product they are made for. An example was the SightFlex by the now defunct MacMice (DVForge, Inc.). A great concept until it shorted out your iSight (don't ask me how I know). There is simply too much junk these days that tries to pass for real products. I am all for Apple's quality control measures through their Made for iPod program. A great deal of what I see for the iPod these days is Made for the iTrash Receptacle.
