I guess this design is what you would call:
"Thinking just outside of the box...and a little to the right."
It matches some hospital furnishings I've seen lately. "Nurse, please hand me that SX2000, so I can finish my rounds."

I love this design where its flat unlike others where they are wierd looking shapes. I hope this is going to be a good sounding iPod speaker, despite what iLounge says. I would spend $160 bucks for it because i think it is a great deal. But overall, i think it is going to be a good hit, especially during the holiday season. Thats my two cents.

I just received the Kensington sx2000 speakers and I LOVE it. People keep saying that the sound quality is disappointing but I have to disagree. Of course I'm not a professional so maybe my standards of sound quality aren't as high as experts, but as a normal user the sound is perfect to me. Not only does the sx2000 produce great bass tones, high tones are crystal clear as well. Because the sound comes out from the front and the back, you get a close-to-surround sound. As the sx2000 uses the walls and surrounding objects as an extra amplifier, you can hear it in every corner of your home. Even when you turn the volume up all the way, the sound doesn't distort or glitch. Personally, Kensington exceeded my personal expectations and I can recommend the sx2000 to anyone who desires beautiful design in combination with great sound.
