Really great sound for such a small unit. Unfortunately, the ipod backlight stays on all the time--you can't turn it off. Even dimming it is too bright. It would also be nice if Apple hadn't change the Clock display to such a small one. Other than that, this is a great ipod speaker--with better sound then any other of it's size.
