Sooo, the iPhone Dock and the Dual Dock are the same price, but the Dual-dock has no wall charger, right? You trade a wart for an additional hole?

My bad. Sorry. BOTH docks include the wall-charger.
So the difference is removable cable vs. fixed cable and extra hole. (Which the article clearly states and I missed.)
