It broke. Second use and the inside catch fell off while jogging. Cheap plastic and adhesive i guess. For $40 it should have lifetime warranty.

I wear this band regularly when I excersize. I was really surprised after about two months of usage, I noticed rust inside the mount where the USB port plugs in. The ball bearings inside must be made of inexpensive iron and not stainless steel. This really surprised me as a stunning design flaw. Why would you use something that rust in an armband used for exercising?
Note, after about six months of usage, my iPod shuffle eventually had a hard failure. It would not sync with iTunes or be recognized by the iMac. Luckily, Apple sent me a brand new one.
When I'm done exercising, I now blow dry the arm band till dry. There has got to be a better way.
