The folio versions (at least sold at CompUSA and Circuit City) do not have the 360 degree swiveling clip. :( In fact only one store had it with the non-moving clip (same clip as the flip case). The other stores had the folio cases with no clip at all! They came with some hand/wrist strap that went through so hole in the case. :(
When I asked the chap at the CompUSA counter where are the folios with the swivel clips (as their own website's product description stated the same) he checked their website, and (as in this review) the site stated "rotating belt clip" but all of their stock were hand straps. We opened 8 different version of those belkin folio cases, and all but one had straps. one had non moving clip. :(

From what I can tell there have been modifications on these cases.. I bought the folio case and it didn't come with a belt clip (which I would have prefered.) and came with a wrist lanyard. I would like to know if the other versions of these cases have also changed.. I'm strongly concidering returning my folio case in exchange for the flip case.. but if it still has the hole on the back to let the logo show through I will NOT buy it because it's EXTREMELY silly to let the highly scrachable chrome of the nano show, and especially silly to show it because of the logo. I'm sorry but I'm not into advertising for apple in that way.
Does anyone know if Belkin has removed the logo holes on these cases?

I bought the flip version for my nano and its fair to admit that protects your ipod from falls and in a lower term from scratches. On the other hand, it becomes really annoying having to open it everytime you want to change the song, and even when closed it doesn't cover parts that could be easily covered. The belt clip doesn't move. With this case you can't admire your ipod looks and elegance, and you basically have to take it out everytime you want to recharge it. So it's a good case but (in my opinion) doesn't worth its cost.
