I recieved my metal Capdase Case for iPod mini yesterday, so I thought I should at least comment on it. I ordered it from Vinko's website and didn't run into any major issues. The only problem was that it took a few days longer to arrive aftering shipping than what was noted. This wasn't too much a concern and was expected since it was shipping overseas. I'm just an impatient person.
Installation was extremely simple -- just slide the ipod into the case. However, this leads me to two concerns. 1) The top is exposed and 2) Will the ipod slip out easily? The ipod fits pretty snuggly, but its still a concern. Also, as noted in the review, the clip does appear to be somewhat flimsy. Overall, the case looks very nice and is constructed well. Having the rubber between the metal case and ipod was a smart idea. Overall, I'm pleased with what I got and would recommend this case to anyone.

I have put one of these cases on my ipod mini but am unable to get it off for use with a docking station. How do you get the case off?

i just received my metal case for my iPod Mini, from http://www.vinko.com and it is superb!! i am gonna recommend one to everyone i know that has an iPod. Well worth the money.
