I have had an iPod mini for over a year and a half, and was looking for a way to increase the battery life. I purchased the value pack, and on the first use of the disposable cellboost included in the package, my iPod blew out. Upon plugging in the disposable battery, the iPod made a popping sound, the screen went blank, and it would not respond to any buttons, charging, or a connection with my computer. The hard drive inside would not even start spinning. I had to buy a new iPod because I was told by Apple that the original was not possible to fix. I am dissapointed with the product and have heard of other alternative portable chargers for the iPod which I would use in the future.

I would like to add a follow-up on my previous post. After contacting Cellboost about the problem, they were very helpful and after looking at the iPod mini to see what was wrong, fixed it. I am not sure why this happened, but the company stood by its product and helped me to reach a happy conclusion. The company was very nice.
