Thanks for the review! I've been waiting to hear your guys view on this case since I saw it in the news on this site. So far, it's the best looking case to me, nice looking and doing a decent job of protection, all I need is in pocket protection, I'm very gentle with my iPods. If I can find this case, I'm definatly going to pick one up.

You say it doesnt cover the corners but yet in all of the pictures of it closed, the only things I see open is the dock connector and the headphone jack... And besdies the belt clip being non-detachable, I like its sleek design and the fact thats its metal and flat and not big and bulky plastic, its easy to slip in the pocket and wrap the headphones around -- sort of like a cord managment.

Actually I like the port being open it just means you don't have to remove your iPod from the case to sync it, which is really inconvienant (please don't correct my spelling). Like I said, I'm gentle with iPods so I don't need iPod Armourish cases, just something decent. The only problem with PDA cases is that it's hard to access the controls from your pocket, I may got with the Vaja now.

It might be worthy to note that the case fits VERY tightly around the ipod and actually scratched my screen a bit when I slid my 5g/60g ipod in.
Be careful if you use this product to install your ipod carefully.

May be a stupid question, but will the magnet in the case hurt the iPod in anyway?

Maybe I'm not getting the point here...what is so difficult about flipping the lid when you want to watch video? I'm assuming I'm buying this for protection when I'm not watching the screen so I'd want the screen covered when not in use. The cover also acts as a stand when showing off that video feature. I have had this for a couple months now and I love it. It is the best looking case I've found and has the added benifit of camoflaging my ipod. With some aftemarket black headphones, I clip this to my belt and it blends in nicely with my suit. I guess it depends on how much you want to scream, look at me I have an ipod!

I've used this case for the last year and a half and I love it. I got it the same time as my 5G/60 because I knew the screen would be scratch prone and wanted to get it protection. I've watched a lot of TV episodes on my iPod and have never felt inconvenienced having to fold back the cover to see the screen. I also find the non-removable belt clip to be a plus, as I know it's not going to break away unexpectedly. It's very sturdy; after a year and a half of daily use it still looks and feels virtually new.
