Has anyone seen or heard this? How's the sound quality?

Thanks for the review, now I can avoid this one. Is there a decent ipod dock/cd player combo on the market?

After purchasing the iTone iE600BK, I agree with Mr. Horwitz on the backlighting criticism, but totally disagree with his berating of it's sonic quality. In fact, the sound of this unit, for the price, is what separated it from the pack for me. After adjusting the bass/treble on the unit I find the bass to be fairly well defined, and, more importantly, nicely evident at the lower volume listening levels appropriate for bedroom radios. Based upon his difficulty reading the time on the display, and aside from his button phobia, maybe Mr. Horwitz was focusing on the unit from afar, and as a potential primary audio device for his iPod. In that case, I would agree that there are better alternatives. But for a nightstand radio, the only problem I have with it is the blinding, neon-blue backlighting keeping me awake all night. Guess I'll have to turn off the backlight and get a separate digital clock for viewing the time after lights out. There just aren't any clock radios that I could find with the many useful features of this unit.

I'd love to know if this item may be shipped/delivered internationally. If so, by what online "store/site"? I live in Spain. I really loved the quality and the way it has all-in-one technology, as well as the lights.
Thank you

i received this unit for Christmas and i have to say its pretty slick.
yes the blue lights are annoying, yes the controller could be far smaller with a few buttons. but all those minor inconveniences aside its a pretty decent audio system. i have hooked up a nano and a 4th gen ipod to it no problem and enjoyed all my favorite tunes from across the living room.
i also have to disagree about the sound quality, its definitely no high end bose or harmon/kardon system but it sounds quite good especially the bass. i listened to a variety of tracks from jazz to live rock to random Christmas tunes and i am really impressed. the jazz tracks especially stood out and each instrument was vibrant and could be heard individually which normally doesn't happen on the crappy low end speaker systems.
over all i am quite impressed, i wanted something i could throw on a shelf and have it play back any type of media at a decent quality and this unit does just that. i would rate it at 8.5/10 or somewhere between a B+ and a A-

Can anyone who purchased this system give me advice on how to get the radio working? I bought this system 2 weeks ago and I am really disappointed with the AM/FM radio. My super cheap clock radio gets reception all over my apartment- but I have never heard anything but really terrible static with the iTone iE600BK. I don't think it is getting any reception. The wire that acts as an antenna is properly secured at the bottom and I have extended all the way to my ceiling but nothing. If I still had my receipt I would take this back.
