This looks exactly like the JavoClearCase that I bought for my first iPod.
The only thing that is different is the name on the back. You can view it at this site:

I recently ordered 2 4G 20GB JavoClearCases that are exactly like the cases shown above. Except that there was no hole for the hold switch on either case. I found this pretty odd.
Oh and it came with the belt clip mount already attached. If anyone knows a way to remove this mount let me know.

(groan) More cases...it's not going to stop any time soon, is it?
Just let me order a commercially crass Darth Vader case over at the Star Wars store and be done with it.

...but then, I'll probably need a skin to protect ol' Darth from the vile scratching and clawing of the Light Side (which, btw, my 40GB 4G is not becoming with all this excessive poundage and appendages)...and it never ends (sigh).
BTW, I listened to some KILLER speakers tonight...Sonus Faber Concertos...TREMENDOUS little speakers...sounded superb even with MP3s (big bitrate, though)...only $2700 a pair. Um...not sure how CLOSE an iPod should be to its unshielded magnets, however. But I suppose that's what the $500 matching speaker stands are for; to get these gems up and away from timid little iPods who seem to have a perverse need to coat themselves up with ever-increasing nonsensical covers.
Off my soap box...
