Could the reviewer comment on which size of silicone earpiece for the Sony models would be equivalent to the ones included with the SX50?

They're equivalent to the Sony mediums.

If you have the sony earpieces already from a broken pair, would they fit this pair of headphones?

I tried out a number of a headphones in the sub $50 price range at the MacWorld Expo (and a few that were more expensive), and for my money, these were the best sounding and the most comfortable to boot! At last, I can stop inflicting pain to my ear canals with the torture devices that came with my iPod. Also, my wife doesn't elbow me at night anymore... at least not to tell me that my music is too loud. Now if I could just do something about my snoring.

I love these earphones. They have a lovely clear sound. They are also really small and light, very comfortable. I almost forget I have them in. I agree with last post in that these not leaking noise. I am tempted to buy some to give to the people with bad taste in music that share my bus.
I bought mine from a UK based company a while ago, but I have also seen them on ebay for a fair bit under the list price.
