It's hard to tell from the pics. Would this work with a nanotube or similar on or would that make it not work like with normal nano docks?

How loud can these get before distortion is evident? What size room would be appropriate for these speakers?

I tested in my room which is pretty big and it works great, I didn't notice the distortion to much! Does depend on how noisey your room is!
