I bought this case when I bought my iPhone on launch day. This is a good quality case. If you prefer a vertical holster, I would recommend this case. It gives you easy access to your iPhone. If you are like me and prefer a horizontal holster/pouch, then this isn't the holster for you because the iPhone feels like it is going to fall out if you rotate the holster to horizontal. Overall, this holster is good for vertical use. I was impressed at the easy access. You can also put the iPhone in the holster either with the screen facing out or in. Which ever you prefer.
