Wow! Great price, and the aux-in on the back puts it ahead of the more expensive JVC unit, but the low power and only composite video (no S-Video) out would seem to make it far weaker than the Logitech AudioStation (granted $130 less cost.)
With a bit more oomph and a progressive DVD player, they could have charged a fair amount more and still had a winner.

First and foremost, do not buy this product. Ever.
I purchased it at Best Buy this weekend only to find that the play, stop, and skip buttons for the CD did not work on the unit or on the remote. No problem, right? Just go get another one. Well, when I went back to get another one, I had the technicians check it in the store before I left. Unfortunately, the new unit had the same exact problem. So, that was two-for-two. Two systems, both defective.
If you are looking for a cheap system with good sound quality for your iPod, this may be your unit. But, if you don't feel like casting your discs in the trash in the name of the almighty MP3s just yet, avoid this stereo like the plague.
