There's a great solution for docking your iPod that doesn't take up too much space and allows you to access those "difficult" USB ports. It's called a CABLE! And it comes for free with your iPod.

I've owned this device from Macallay for over a year and a half. Predates this device, is compact, supports any iPod and includes a swivel so that the iPod can be positioned as you like:

Cables are a pain. Tangles and such. And if I pick up my laptop with the iPod attached, the Incipio would support it; the cable would not.
The MacAlly seems like a good alternative, though.
