See my post above, specifically NO-VIDEO OUT means no RCA plug video out nor s-video out.

For sound problems, on any of these docks, don't use PHONO inputs. Also, use a higher quality cord for the best sound.
Use the CD or AUX or TAPE inputs on your stereo instead of PHONO.

IN SHORT, EVERYTHING WAS WORKING GREAT..I LISTENED TO THE MUSIC ( PLAYING THRU MY SONY RECEIVER )FOR 1 HOUR AND SHUT THE IPOD OFF. I DID NOT DISCONNECT THE KENSINGTON UNIT.
THE NEXT DAY I TURN THE IPOD ON AND I NOTICED SKIPPING/ OR.. THE SOUND CUTTING OUT FOR NANO SECOND. THIS WAS OCCURING THOUGHOUT THE SONG.I SKIPPED FORWARD.. ALL SONGS WERE CUTTING OUT. I TOOK THE IPOD OUT AND PUT ON MY EAR PHONES AND THE SOUND WAS TURNED UP TO THE MAX.. (I SET SOUND AT NEAR MAX ) SAME CUTTING OUT OF SOUND..THE IPOD WAS NOT IN CONTROL OF THE SOUND. NO MATTER WHAT I DID ( CLICK WHEEL )THE CONTROLS ON IPOD WERE NOT IN CONTROL. FINALLY, I TURNED OFF IPOD.. WAITED A FEW SECONDS AND TURN IPOD BACK ON.. THE IPOD WAS NOW IN CONTROL OF VOLUME.I HAVE TAKEN THE IPOD OUT OF THE KENSINGTON AFTER EACH USE..IS THIS NORMAL??YOU CAN'T LEAVE THE IPOD IN THE KENSINGTON OVER NIGHT?
CAN ANYONE OFFER SUPPORT HERE.?

SORRY.. AFTER SHUTTING DOWN THE IPOD IT APPARENTLY RESET ITSELF AND THE SKIPPING / CUTTING OUT STOP..
