Does anyone have an actual release date on these. Amazon.com had a release date of 10/27/06. But no one seems to have any in stock.

The headphones have one awful design flaw -- the soft touch comfort rings stretch over a period of time and will not stay on their respective headphone. Logitech will not provide replacement rings and there is no way that you can wear the headphones if one or both rings are lost when they fall off.
