O.K., I've looked at all the noise cancelling headphones. I determined that the set made by Solitude was as good as the Bose Quiet Comfort 2. I then found out that Solitude
(http://www.solitudeheadsets.com/) was tapped by John Deere to make a set for them. Same technology, but less than half the price!! If you don't have a problem with the branding on the headphones, these are just great. Comfortable, fold flat, have removable cord and sound just great. Check them out at:

How sure are you that theyre the same headphoneas the solitude, can you provide any references.
It works out for me, because i happen to own several john deer lawn and real man tractors and the headphones would be awesome IMHO.
