Be careful when dealing with this company. I purchased the mophie clear case and it arrived scratched, I have emailed and called the number on the site several times only to get a recording that sounds like some stoner saying he will return my call. It looks nice on their site, but they don't deliver the goods or back up their products, so i'm out 27 bucks.

ben...seems awfully convenient now that he has made a comment on the most visited iPod accessory site on the web and now it's all of a sudden fixed... doesn't bode well for the mophie "rock hard guarantee". Not so rock hard if it takes this to get it taken care of...

I have to come to Ben's defense. I initially had similar problems with ordering a Mophie Relo-run. I was initially unable to get a response on their phone system, so I posted some comments on here too. Ben actually called me at home and more than made up for the initial problems. I think this says more about the power of iLounge than it says about the weakness of Mophie. This is a young company that still has a few bugs (it took a while to correct my problem, but they were definitely making the effort. Then my relo-run arrived and ripped fairly soon after it arrived, but the base cases are great - my favorite case). Hang in there jumpcuts. They'll take care of you.
