The Power Support Crystal Jacket Set appears to again be available for purchase after some time in re-tooling. Will you be reviewing it again soon to provide a grade. Something like this would be the best option for me and I'm eager to see if they fixed the problems you initially identified.
Regards,
Jason

You said that "removing iPhone from the case after insertion is uncomfortable." How about the Power Support Crystal Jacket? I haven't even figured out HOW to remove the case.
I wrote the manufacturer, and this was the hard-to-decypher response:
"If you look at the side of your i phone to the charger side, in the corner of the opening crack, use both hands to separate the jacket. Hint best way to remover it with out using force to jacket were it may crack it is to use a coin to the corner to prop it of."
Any insight into how to get the thing off??

I was able to pry this cover off; at the bottom off the opening
for the volume controls, I then used a small coin to pry the
rest of the way, what a pain.
awaiting my iSkin for iphone!

Hey i have this case all i did was place a piece of piece like a business card which you might have to rip to make a little smaller but i place it rite above the power port on top of the chrome portion of the iphone so i would not damage or scratch the chrome and i placed the penny on top of the card and below the plastic so its sandwich in there just twisted it slightly and it popped one side and i did it to the other side and it pretty much just open the whole case becareful thou to much pressure can break it
