you should also mention to readers the horrible customer service ian at shuffleclip gives. countless people have received broken shuffleclips or were overall dissatisfied with the product. they do not return emails and even when they do and state they'll give you a refund, they do not. the WORST customer service i have ever received from any product ever. it's absolutely rediculous.

charged my card four weeks ago. never reeived clip. no response to numerous emails. BEWARE.

Entirely dissappointed with this product. Terrible service. Cheap product. The day I received mine, I ordered DVForge's products and am entirely satified with them. Do NOT even think about purchasing a Shuffleclip.

D+ is far too generous. The product deserves nothing mor than a F! I waited over three weeks even though the web site said they were shipping in 3 to 5 days. I emailed several time to find out what was taking so long. I got no reponse from Ian or from or from the email address at the web site which says "Feel free to email us anytime with questions about your order." I then sent an email demanding cancellation of my order only to find out they already shipped it. It is so poorly made I already threw it away. The jagged edges will scratch your shuffle! Don't waste your money!
