I hope the full sized i-Vod cases don't have the alignment issue, since that's the bigger problem for me than the oversized jack. Can't wait to read that review!

sorry, but shouldn't a "high quality" product like this at least fit right? i really wanted one of these until i saw how the wheel doesn't line up. it seems like any other product would have been trashed on and rated poorly for such a simple, stupid flaw...

I've got three ivod cases: one each for my U2, 5G and nano ipods, and of the three I think the case that looks the best is the one for the nano. Maybe I'm just used to the bigger bulk of my other two ipods, but the iVod looks so good on the nano that I'd give it an A- instead of a B+, while giving the other two iVod cases solid As. The vertical alignment issue isn't that big a deal for me since I use oversized headphone plugs only when I fly, so I don't bother to take the nano with me then anyway. But you have to knock it down a peg, I suppose, so an A- minus ought to do it.
