Just ordered mine last night for £21 ($38). Although the rubber would not scratch, I watched a video review of one, and they noted that the coating attracts dust, whereas the domino ones only scratch lightly, and scratches can only be visible when held under light.
Therefore I ordered a Domino iVak, in white, for my 30GB iPod. Should be my final case before the next iPod comes along :]

ordered this from the website ,the price was listed as $29.00 us dollars plus shipping. I was expecting $35 tops. After I ordered it ilounge reviewed it and listed the price as $29.00 with shipping .While the case is very nice, the charge to my card was over $49.00 .I contacted the company and at first they said the would credit back my card. Now they reneged , very dissapointed.

I wish I had read Brads214's comment before ordering. I had the exact same experience. I ordered the case at $29.99 and they charged me $49 -- twice! They said they would credit back the card but reneged. They also said they would send me a white case for "goodwill" based on my experience but they reneged on that too. The person who did this was Lina .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address). Please feel free to e-mail me and I will send you the complete exchange with her and their company. Very unprofessional and I am now working with my credit card company to get the charges changed.

Update: After posting my review here Vakaadoo did all they could to resolve the issues I had with being overcharged and the goodwill case. Sid, from Vakaadoo, is great to work with and I appreciate him making it right. Moreover, without Jeremy's intervention, I'm unsure if it would have been resolved so quickly. Thanks, everyone. Again, great case and just read the pricing carefully before you buy.

Te cases look good. So good in fact that I bought one for my 4G and my 5G. That's where the trouble began.
I ordered my 4G in August, they sent the wrong product and I am still waiting on the right one. Like a dummy, I ordered one for my brand new 5G (hey, they look like they might be a pretty good product from the looks of the wrong one they sent) and it has been three weeks and guess what, no case.
I would be very careful before ordering from these folks. Their website is down often and perhaps they are hanging on by a thin rope. I am out $60+ and now looking for another option.

Just got an email telling me that case #2 would be delayed for at least four weeks. Pathetic! I asked for a refund on both cases, let's see how it goes but I am not real optimistic.

i was also double-billed from these people, and when i mentioned to them that others had been double-billed before, they said they were working on the problem. I also ended up losing about $10 because of the conversion of the refund. Stay away from this company, they're a headache to deal with and the case wasnt even that good (it came with a few free scuff marks}... thanks vakaadoo

I just ordered two domino cases one in black and one in white. They only cost $21.95 each due to a Special Offer that Vakaado is having! They have great customer service and very quick responce. I plan to do business with them in the future and many years to come...

i just ordered three products from Vakaadoo and the total on my confirmation was much higher than it should have been. When I contacted them, they got back to me immediately and resolved the problem in a very short period of time. (turns out I was charged correctly, the letter was just incorrect.) I think they had great customer service and a very quick response. I would recommend doing business wtih them, as I will again myself.

I purchased two of the soft feel cases. First I just want to say that their coustomer service is outstanding. One of the cases had a hairline crack in it but after contacting them and sending them a picture the sent me out a new one and a free gift. If you dont own this case you have to get one. It fits tight and its not bulky at all.

CAVEAT EMPTOR! My experience with Vakaadoo as a product is that it is quite good, and met my expectations. My experience with Vakaadoo the company on the other hand was disappointing. Their website seems to offer "two for one" but I only received one case. I was told by their customer service rep(by email) that I did not read the terms of the offer carefully enought and this offer did not apply to the color I pruchased (black). That may or may not be true; I still cannot find that disclaimer anywhere on the website, but in my business, "user-error" is not an acceptable excuse for when system failure. So, they did not meet my expectations, and I would warn people that at the very least, their customer service is uneven, and at the worst, they enage in "bait and switch" tactics. Buyer beware!
