I purchased two MicroMemos at Macworld - they work fine to record, but the "integrated speaker" is total cr#p. Neither unit can produce any sound through the speaker - I have to use headphones to hear what has been recorded. You may want to wait until they actually can build what the promise. :-(

Bubbler - I missed this in the manual for my version for the iPod video - push the logo button in the middle of the speaker for at least 2 seconds and it will transfer sound to the speaker.

I'm disapointed.
I bought this one so I could record rehearsals from my rock band. This just doesn't work. It saturates very easily, and since it doesn't have an input gain adjuster, it's just useless. I suppose I'd have to plug it in the mixing board, via line-in. That just ruins all the portability and practicity of it. Doeas anybody knows a way to adjust input gain? A hack maybe?

I've tried two MicroMemos before giving up. Far too noisy for (semi)professional use. Nice voice recorder, though, if that's what you need.
